"I sea skies of blue & clouds of white...and I think to myself what a Wonderful world".The house is unique for its spectacular view of the sea & the sky and the immediate contact with the natural surrounding...!!! The space "I see skies of blue & clouds of white, the bright blessed day, the dark sacred night and I think to myself what a WONDERFUL world"... Poros is a small Greek island in the southern part of the Saronic Gulf about 58 km from Piraeus & seperated from the Peloponnese by 200 m wide sea channel, it consists of two islands Sphairia the southern part where today's city is located & Kalaureia the northern & largest part. A bridge connects the two islands over a narrow strait. The house is logated to the back side of Sphairia, it is 2 minute drive from the port & 10 minute walk from the center of the island. You follow the Ring road of the island to reach the house. An uphill private road leads to the house complex all right you fιnd a stone road called caldera and the house is the last one at the end of the private road. It is on the first floor and its internal space is 50 sqm. Upon entering the house you find an open space, the living room (containing two sofa -beds) connected to a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a bedroom with a double bed, a spacious bathroom and a small hall with extra storage room and a washing machine.There are three balcony doors, one of them is in the bedroom, the other is in living room, both of them giving access to the front balcony, the third balcony door leads to the veranda & the garden area. The garden is around 60sqm and it has an outdoor oven & a barbecue area. Also has an extra specially modified and covered place next to the garden where you can enjoy your lunch or dinner or spend your afternoon relaxing on a hammock and the same time enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and the sounds of the seagulls flying around. The house also provides a private garage and outdoor shower...!!! The house is unique for its spectacular view of the sea, the immediate contact with the natural surrounding and also it provides a different scenery depending on the time of the day. You get to experience the sound of the waves splashing on the rocks beneath your veranda also you see the little boads on the horizon and hear the seagulls flying around the house. Really a perfect summer enviroment. During the night it is wonderful to enjoy the starry sky and the moons walk along the sea...this sight can be captivated better by no other than your eyes...therefore the lyrics of the song quoted at the beginning perfectly describe this experience..."and I think to myself what a WONDERFUL world".
