The house is a terraced house in a condominium with a large and very pleasant swimming pool surrounded by the greenery of the Mediterranean scrub 4-5 minutes from the sea. It is arranged on 2 levels with an internal staircase and private parking. The space On the first level there is a panoramic bedroom, a small bedroom with closets and a one and a half sofa bed; a small bathroom with shower and an outdoor patio (covered by the sun by a pergola) in which there is a protected and heated shower. On the lower floor which is accessed with an open internal staircase (not suitable for children), there is a large room with kitchenette (with low ceiling) and dining table; living room with double sofa bed. Guest access The pool is in the condominium spaces and is limited in use from 14 to 16 hours when silence must be respected throughout the condominium. The use of the pool does not include a lifeguard and is under its sole responsibility. Other things to note - Upon arrival, the amount provided by the Municipality will be requested for stays subject to Tourist Tax to be paid in cash at the time of check-in (currently provided by the Municipality of Castiglione in €0.50 / person / day (under 14 years excluded) - Resolution of Municipal Council no. 42 of 17/05/2013 and amended with resolution of the CIVIL CODE no. 87 of 15/11/2016). - A copy of the documents of each person who will stay in the accommodation will also be requested in order to comply with the legal obligations ("Landlords and sub-lessors who rent property or parts of it with contracts of less than 30 days" are also required to use the Accommodation Web service as well as the accommodation facilities (art. 19-bis law n.132 of 1 December 2018).
