The unit features 2 bedrooms, one full bath, combination living/dining area with a small pull out couch with kitchenette features : large G. E. microwave oven, SINK stainless refrigerator, Keuick coffee all utensils/dishes, plugin hot plates, pot and pans and storage area with large chopping block top The master bedroom has a king size bed, spacious closet, dresser. Attached is a sunroom with sliding glass doors, leading to beautiful yard where you can relax and enjoy the sunset, enjoy a BBQ on the gas grill and picnic on the outdoor patio furniture. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, desk, dresser and large closet. Both bedrooms are beautifully appointed with fresh linens, plenty of extra blankets and comforters, sleeping bags, pillows. Guest access The entire first floor and all of the property is private to the guests. Enjoy the beautiful front and rear lawns, BBQ /picnic area. (My wife and I occasionally visit and stay in the upstairs apartment, but it is usually empty) .Please let us me know if we can be of service! Lots of private PARKING on our circular driveway right in front. Other things to note The lawn and great lawn is ideal for picnics or just lounging - bring your favorite book!
