Amazing Garden-Cottage in Aegina

The cottage IS 1.3 Km away from the town port and it is surrounded by a beautiful garden. It is one of three houses of the estate. I made my house to be my sanctuary. I took personal care of every single detail, in order to relax any time I come from Athens where I live. The beaches begin after 1.5 km away. There is a mini market at 50 m distance. The cottage is quiet and relaxing. A BABY-SITTER IS AVAILABLE ANY TIME THERE IS A RAMP for wheelchairs The space The cottage is one of three houses of the estate. The two families who live close to the cottage houses are quiet, discreet but also willing to offer any help needed. The house is equipped with air condition in each of the three bedrooms and one at the living-room. There is a TV set, well equipped kitchen, wi-fi. Guest access There are Fast Ships and ferry boats almost every half an hour from Piraeus main port, to Aegina. The trip lasts from 40 to 70 minutes, depending of the type of boat. FERRYBOATS cost 15 euro. 70 minutes trip. HYDROFOILS cost 19 euro. 45 minutes trip. Departure from Gate no 8 at Piraeus port, every almost half an hour. The cottage is 1.3 km away from the town port . The adress is KAPODISTRIOU 28 in Aegina Other things to note I renovated my house with a wise choice of colors by my best friend Katerina Giannaka, a famous ceramist in Greece, who also live on the island.
