Bright spacious mews in great location

This is a lovely bright, spacious mews, tucked away behind the main house, in a peaceful area, with 2 double bedrooms. The location is perfect with the city centre just 7 km away & lots of great shops, restaurants and bars close by. There is free parking in the driveway. Excellent public transport is also only minutes away. The beach is 10 mins walk and there is a spar shop around the corner, where you can hire bikes for €1/hour ( see bleeperactive.com for details ) The space The mews is tucked away behind the main house. There are global channels available on the TV, and it has its own private sunny patio area featuring a small herb garden and seasonal fruits which guests are welcome to help themselves to. Other things to note Since the Covid 19 pandemic, we would like to make you aware of the extra precautions we are taking for our guests. At the moment, we are blocking the property for 24 hours before and after bookings. This allows us to leave the property vacant for 24 hours before a guest arrives and after a guest leaves. We then have it cleaned thoroughly with both bleach and disinfectants in accordance with the Airbnb cleaning protocol. This includes all surfaces (hard and soft). All linens and towels are bagged and laundered at 60 degrees. Either my husband or myself will go in just before you arrive to double check everything, but will be wearing masks and have sanitised hands to ensure no surface is contaminated.
