The hammock cottage

Nestled in the heart of the historical region of Bukovina, our wooden cottage welcomes you with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Tucked away on a hill, it’s far enough from civilization to allow you to wind down in nature, yet close enough to civilization for convenience. The space It offers an outdoor area with a fire pit, colorful hammocks to enjoy the peace and quiet and a covered terrace for eating or relaxing. Inside, the story continues with a bedroom area that can sleep up to 6, a kitchen fit for a several-day stay (complete with gas stove, refrigerator and running water) and a cozy sitting area around the fireplace, where you can take in the breathtaking landscape visible through the spectacular window. Apart from staying in to enjoy the fresh air, hiking the beautiful mountain trails and visiting the nearby town of Câmpulung Moldovenesc (home of a unique wood art museum), guests have many other options for outdoor activities in the area: drive up the scenic mountain road Transrarău, visit the Eastern Christian monasteries of Sucevița, Moldovița and Voroneț (dating from the 15 or 16 century), ride the narrow gauge steam train (the “mocănița”) in Huțulca or simply wander around to get in touch with the culture of rural Bukovina.
