Stone farmhouse, rated 3 stars in furnished Tourism, COFRAC accreditation, date of construction 18th century, adjoining the owners, located on a historic site, in a quiet hamlet on a wooded plot of 4000 m². Close to Gacilly and its summer Photographic Festival, 50 minutes from the first beaches (Damgan, Billiers), 45 minutes from the Brocéliande forest, a major site of the Arthurian legend. Numerous hikes in a green setting. The space Farmhouse renovated while preserving its authenticity and adding modernity. The rented part is independent of the part occupied by the owners. The farmhouse offers a living room on the ground floor with a fireplace (non-functional). Fully equipped kitchen, opens to living room. Towel (1) and hand towel (1). On the ground floor, you will have a bathroom with shower and toilet. Towels provided (1 bath towel and 1 guest towel per registered adult). Bath mat. A small desk and a comfortable chair in the living room. Upstairs: A bedroom furnished with a 160 x 200 cm bed. Storage and hangers. Large mezzanine equipped with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), a driver's seat and two armchairs. SMALL DETAIL - A mezzanine is an open space. Here, the mezzanine gives access to the bedroom. Beds made upon arrival. Quality bedding. Baby crib with mattress and cover (installed on request). You can also discover many documentary books on Brittany, as well as books for children and teens (novels, comics, docs.,...). Heating in all rooms during the heating season (October/May), depending on the weather. A wood fire in the stove can welcome you if you wish (to be specified at the time of booking). GOOD TO KNOW🛜 In order to use your phone to make or receive calls or send text messages, it's best to have VoWifi functionality. The network is unstable. Free Wi-Fi throughout the farmhouse. You can walk around the grounds and enjoy the garden furniture. You can also enjoy the surroundings by using our two adult hybrid bikes. Small note - The farmhouses are very pleasant in high temperatures, the accommodation with its stones keeps it cool. There are no plans to offer air conditioning in these times of global warming... The maximum capacity of the accommodation is 3 adults, in order to comply with the standards in force relating to non-collective sanitation. ⚠️ No pets. As small, as cute as they are. Guest access You can park your vehicle in the cottage's private parking lot next to your accommodation. You can access it via the dirt road in front of the field in front of the farmhouse. The number of adults registered (maximum 3) must correspond to the number of resident adults. No pets allowed. The accommodation is strictly non-smoking. No walking with shoes upstairs.
