Our villa, which is 5 minutes from Kalkan Kalamar Bay and 7 minutes from Kalkan center, offers easy transportation. Everything has been thought out for you in our summer villa, which has a view of the sea and the islands from all the bedrooms. Our villa has a game room and a sports room for you to have a pleasant time. There is plenty of green space and seating area in the backyard. Bedrooms 1st Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, nightstand, makeup table, bathroom and sink. 2nd Bedroom: Double bed, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, makeup table, bathroom and sink. 3rd Bedroom: 2 single beds, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, makeup table, bathroom and sink. Kitchen: The modern American kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, 4-burner stove, oven, toaster, dining table, 10-person dining set and an exit to the pool. Living Room: The living room of our villa has air conditioning, TV, sofa set, coffee table, wifi and an exit to the poolside. Pool and Garden: Our villa has a private swimming pool and children's pool, and a very large and wide infinity pool. Our garden has a small, nice-looking palm tree and a garden decorated with flowers. There is a sunbed, umbrella, barbecue and dining table. Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa will be handed over to you clean and cleaned once a week. Any extra cleaning services, as well as new sheets, pillowcases etc. you may need can be provided for a fee by the attendants who look after our villa. Security Deposit: A security deposit of 1,000 Turkish Liras will be taken during check-in to the villa. The deposit is returned to our guest upon an inspection of the villa/apartment 10 minutes before departure, as long as there are no problems such as damages, broken or lost items. The check-in time is 4 p.m. on the first day, and the check-out time is 10 a.m. on the last day. Please note that we will not be able to help you if you arrive earlier than your villa/apartment check-in time, as cleaning is performed in the interval between. Please observe the check-in and check-out times of the villa. Kalkan is a settlement built on a slope in terms of its geographical structure.
