The Bolt Hole

Originally our son's bedrooms, the private, detached building consists of 2 spacious bedrooms with a shared, Jack and Jill shower room. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, making it ideal for families. A travel cot is available on request. There is adjoining private parking for 1 car. We are located next to the Tarka Trail and are within walking distance of a supermarket, independent shops, eateries and pubs. Ideally located for walkers, cyclists, golfers and surfers! The space The Bolt Hole is situated at the bottom of our garden, we keep our garden gate locked so your stay will be very private. It consists of 2 bedrooms & a shared bathroom. No lounge or kitchen. There are racks for surf boards and wetsuits under a covered canopy and secured behind a key coded gate. Private parking is next to the annexe and accessed by a lane shared with our neighbours. The annexe has recently been refurbished and is clean and modern inside. There is a small step into the rooms, but level once inside. In the twin room, there is a fridge with tea making facilities. Guest access Your rooms are located to the rear of our home, with your own private access. During your stay the gravel & slabbed area with bench is yours to use. As is the covered side area complete with surfboard rack. Please feel free to park bikes etc there as well. During your stay Feel free to give us a shout in the garden or walk round to the front door if you have any queries. Other things to note In the bookcase are a few games, books & pencils. Plus a few local guides of the area and local attractions. Please feel free to add more if you find a gem in the area that you think others might enjoy.
