The detached villa with pool and absolute privacy is located on a hill in the middle of a majestic mountain landscape. The view is phenomenal. The village of Sedella with a restaurant and a small supermarket is within walking distance. The site is approximately 4000 m2 and is accessible everywhere. The vegetation includes olive trees, almond trees, fig trees, palms, cypresses, oleanders. The space The villa is very spacious and offers much privacy, also to two couples. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is fully equipped. The bedrooms are separated by a patio with fountain. The villa has a large covered terrace on the south and also large terraces by the pool. Guest access The entire ground floor of the villa is at the disposal of the guests. There is also an upper floor with a bedroom and a bathroom. I store my own stuff there. This space is locked. I am only there if there are no guests. Other things to note The villa is easily accessible via a paved road. Only the last 50 meters is not paved. There is an electric barbecue. The house is energy neutral, because solar panels are installed in combination with batteries.
