You will feel your own home with full services, full equipment and full amenities. The space - Located between the charming heritage town of Hoi An and Danang city on Vietnam’s central coast, this 900m2 villa can be occupied up to 10 adults + 4 children. - Spacious garden with plenty of grass and trees will make you totally enjoy nature in your very own private paradise. - The BRG Golf Course - 36 holes golf course is right opposite to The Resort. You can have buggy come directly to the villa to pick you up if you have reservation. - For an unforgettable holiday in a ocean beautiful villa, The Ocean Villas Resort is the premier choice to your families who are looking for a unique villa getaway. * Living room: amazing view look out to the swimming pool & grass land, large & nice sofa set, LCD, internet and TV cable. * Bedrooms: 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor with beautiful view, furnished with comfortable, high quality bed and mattress. with 3 king size bed (1.8x2m), 1 queen size bed (1.6x2m)+ 1 double bed (1.4x2m) with 5 bathrooms inside bedrooms * Bathrooms: stylish bath tub and modern interiors, rain showers. Bathroom amenities are provided for free. * Dining room: connect to living room and kitchen with open space, large table & comfortable chairs. * Kitchen: provides all modern kitchen appliances which including: electric stove, microwave, big fridge/freezer, cutlery, cooking equipment, and all basic items that can help you prepare a good meal. - Included services: * Welcome fruits, tea & coffee * Daily drinking water * Daily housekeeping: towels changing daily, bedsheets, duvet covers and pillow covers changing every 4 days. * Bathroom amenities: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc., * Free 1 way airport pick up for reservation from 3 nights and above. * Buggy support from 8am - 5pm daily - Our extra service: * BBQ set up * Breakfast served at the villa * Chef recommendation * Car rental Guest access - You can access to all areas of the villa (except the garage locked for owner's stuff). - You also can access to almost The Ocean Villas Resort's Facilities including: * Private Beach * 2 Big Swimming Pools * Tennis Court * 2 Restaurants * Spa * Kid Playground * GYM (need to pay) Other things to note - No smoking inside the villa. - During your stay, please take care of the place as your home. Upon check-in, our butler will take a security deposit of 100 USD (or equivalent in 2 million vnd). This will be returned to you when you check out. In case of any damage / missing, the replacement value will be deducted from this deposit. - The villa is surrounded by nature with grass and plenty of trees. Although The Resort has regularly pest control/ insect spray but can not control any time some type of insect such as: mosquitoes, ants, flys, etc.,... . So, please close all the door and window from late afternoon to avoid these unexpected visitors access. - Please don't make noise that can affect to the villas nearby, especially after 10pm. - And please no pets in the house
