It adjoins our small orchard with feijoa, nashi, apple, fig, grape, apricot, persimmon and lemon trees (avocados and more stone fruit to come!). French doors in both the bedroom and lounge open right up to enjoy the balcony & pool. The dwelling is well back off the road, in nice gardens with extensive native plantings. There is plenty of parking. There is a privacy screen allowing guests to enjoy the covered outdoor area out of view of the main house. Guest access We welcome guests to enjoy the pool, pool area, yard (there are two - one is private for guests and one is shared with the main home), playground and orchard Other things to note Access is via the lawn along the side of the property, therefore please note if it is raining the grass will be wet. The dwelling opens directly onto the pool, if staying with kids please note it is fully consented, with kid proof locks inside the dwelling however care and responsibility must be taken at all times. Supervision of children around the pool, playhouse and swings is essential. We also live on the property however the pool house has its own private access for guests to come and go as they wish aswell as self check-in for your convenience.
