As you wonder in through the front door there is a bright open spacious hallway, to the left is the lounge and to the right off the hallway you’ll find a dining area which is open to the kitchen, there is an office area and two lockable exterior doors, one leading to the washing/drying area and the other to the back of the villa which houses a beautiful outdoor dining area complete with granite top table, bbq , pool table and hot tub. Back to the hallway and past the lounge on the left is a toilet, then continue up a small step up to two twin bedrooms with a shared family bathroom with bath and shower furthermore there is a large double bedroom with en-suite. From the hallway down stairs to the lower floor of the villa is a large hallway leading to two large double bedrooms, one is en-suite and the other has its own separate bathroom. The first bedroom has an exterior lockable door with steps leading up to the pool. The villa is purposefully decorated in a minimalistic design, to enhance the space. Air conditioning and heating units are situated in all bedrooms and the lounge area, the units are coin operated from the unit in the lounge and is subsidised.
