You just have to cross the doors of this Villa, to discover a peaceful oasis, located only 15 minutes from La Rochelle and Ile de Ré! Garden, not overlooked, with private heated pool from Pentecost weekend until the end of September. The space Charming Rétaise-style villa facing south, on one level, with a garden enclosed by a wall without any overlooking. It will ensure calm and tranquility throughout your stay. The house has an independent 50m² suite with three beds and shower room. This villa was completely renovated in 2018 with quality materials, wooden flooring, family furniture. Fully-equipped modern kitchen. 7m x 3.5m swimming pool and 1.5m depth equipped with a counter-current swim, a heat pump (working from the W.E from the climb to the end of September) and a robot cleaner. The pool is secured by alarm. To enjoy meals outdoors ,a Forge Adour plancha is available for your use . The house is equipped with: 2 beds in 160/200 , 1 bed in 140/190 , and finally 2 beds in 90/190. Sheet rental possible for the duration of the stay (€15 for a double bed and €10 for single beds). Due to the new sanitary conditions, sheets will be left under protection until you settle in. The amount of the rental of the sheets is to be given to the person who will welcome you. Before your arrival, we will ask you to specify which beds will be equipped. Guest access Lea from the "La Clé" concierge service will be there when you arrive and when you leave. Other things to note Arrivals and departures. Arrivals and departures are exclusively on Saturday except for the Ascension Day long weekend, when arrival can be made from Thursday. The minimum length of stay is 7 nights. COVID cancellation policy The deposit will be refunded in the event of travel restrictions imposed by a government authority that prevent or prohibit going to, staying in, or returning from the place of stay. Non-binding travel recommendations and similar government guidelines are excluded. Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. A fee for out-of-hours key handover will be applied for late check-ins: From 7pm to 8pm €25 From 8pm to 9pm: €35 From 10 p.m. to 11 p.m.: €45 From 11 p.m. to midnight: €50 Departures are before 10 am on Saturday.
