Located in a quiet urbanization, consisting of two swimming pools, barbecue and garden areas. Perfect for rest and relaxation (no noise and parties allowed). We have a cot and highchair for babies. Close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and everything you may need, for a perfect vacation. Excellent wifi connection. The space The apartment is composed of two bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. A complete bathroom. Independent kitchen, fully equipped. A spacious living room with a sofa bed and a dining area. The best part of the apartment is the terrace. We have a large and sunny terrace, with outdoor furniture and a garden area, for the use of guests. Guest access The apartment is located in a quiet urbanization, with two swimming pools and garden areas. Of which, guests can use during their stay. The barbecue is used by the neighbors of the community. To use the barbecue, you must make a prior reservation and the use is subject to availability. The utensils for the barbecue belong to our apartment. It is mandatory to clean the barbecue after use, take care of the utensils and not lose them. If these norms are not fulfilled, the guests will have to pay the extra expenses. The opening and closing date of the pool may change every year. It is necessary to consult, before booking. Other things to note Guests have to complete the guest registration, which the law requires tourist apartments and hotels to complete in Spain. The keys to the apartment will not be handed over if personal details are not provided before arrival. Arrival time is from 16:00 to 22:00. Arriving after hours will incur an extra charge. €10 after 22:00, €20 after 23:00 and €30 after 00:00.
