【About It’s Tainan】 Location is close to central Tainan. Here has supermarket(PX-mart、Family-mart)、shops(Noodles、Chinese food、Vegetarian) 10min walking distance away. Also you can walk to central(15min)、take bus to central ( bus stop is 3min walking distance away) or rent bike travelling Tainan(bike stop is 9min walking distance away) . My place is good for couples、family、groups, business and travelers . In here you can experience local life. Live like a real Tainaner in a traditional apt. The space It’s Tainan on 4th floor walk-up (without lift) of a traditional apartment (quiet area). We have 3 Bedrooms.(Both rooms and the living room have air conditioner) 2 Bathrooms(one bathroom inside The Master bedroom, another is next to the living room) All essentials, such as blankets、sheets、pillows、towels、shampoo、shower gel and hair dryer are provide. 1 bright & spacious Living room(includes WiFi、Cable TV、Travel books、guide map…) 2 Balcony 1 kitchen (no cooker but provide Microwave 、fridge、drinker、plates、bowl、cup、fork、spoon for use ) Tainan is a gourmet city, when you comes to visiting Tainan, you’d better not miss the gourmet snacking of diversity and all for fairly cheap prices. Gourmet Snacking here is acclaimed by the globally-famous guidebook, Michelin Green Guide as a “Must-Have”. Welcome to bring local gourmet snack to enjoy at home. Don’t worry privacy, the whole floor is yours even only 2 guests. In here you can experience local life. Live like a real Tainaner in a traditional apartment 【About three separate bedrooms】 1. The Master bedroom (up to 2 guests) very spacious, bright and quiet. One bathroom and balcony inside. The room has a double bed, feather pillows and a cozy fluffy blanket. 2. The second bedroom (up to 2 guests) also specious, bright and has a queen size bed and a cozy fluffy blanket. 3. The third bedroom(4 guests) Tatami style , provide floor mattresses if over 4 guests. 2 guests will arrange〝The Master bedroom〞 3-4 guests will arrange〝The Master bedroom & The second bedroom〞. 5-8 guests will arrange all room. Don’t worry privacy, the whole floor is yours even only 2 guests. Total of 3 rooms can fit up to 8 guests (adults) Guest access Full Access to entire Apartment and I will not be there. Other things to note check in:16:00-21:00 hours、check out:Until 12:00 hours You will be required to produce valid government-issued photo identification at check-in (such as a ID card or a passport) A security deposit of NT$500 is also required. The deposit will be returned in full at check-out, unless there is damage or loss to the facility.If damage or loss has occurred to the facility, we will confiscate the deposit and ask for compensation for fair market value of the item from you. Extra beds are not available. Room rates are based on double occupancy. Additional person fee : NT$1000 per guest per night. During your stay, we don’t provide room cleaning service. It is in a quiet residential area. Please lower your voice after 22:00 to avoid bothering the neighbors. For energy saving and safety, please turn off the power and all electronic appliances and lock the door before you leave. Only outdoor corridors can smoking, if you fail to comply and cause an accident, we will ask for compensation.
