Large dog friendly enclosed garden, parking for 7 cars. The space This Edwardian Villa is in the heart of the seaside village of Mundesley and sister to Seashore House a 5 min walk away. This is a perfect location for celebrations such a relaxed hen weekends and birthdays, we can help you organise the perfect break with lots of local recommendations. The house has 6 bedrooms spread over the top two floors with 2 superking bedrooms (one with ensuite shower and loo, the other a sink) which can also be set up as singles and one kingsize with ensuite shower and toilet. There is one twin room and 2 triples (one of the triples has an ensuite loo). There are two further communal bathrooms (one with separate shower and bath) on the first floor. Downstairs there is a large lounge and a huge kitchen dining room, perfect for a celebration, both with doors out to the large enclosed back garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 dishwashers, an integrated fridge freezer, an Aga plus separate hob. There is a further large American style fridge freezer in the games room. Double doors take you out onto a large patio with outdoor dining for 14 people and a charcoal BBQ as well as a separate games room off the patio. There is also a shower room toilet and utility room (separate washing machine and dryer) on this floor. A few minute stroll down a quiet private road takes you to the park with the beach just a couple of minutes further. Mundesley has one of Norfolk’s finest Blue Flag beaches. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house Other things to note Up to 2 well behaved dogs allowed. A damages deposit of £500 will be required a week before your stay this is to cover any damage, breakages or additional cleaning required beyond you leaving the house as you found it. All being well the deposit will be returned within a week of your departure. Parking for up to 7 cars, please don't bring more than this.
