The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances (Large fridge, washing machine, microwave, and kettle, cookware (saucepans, frying pan, mixing bowls, cooking utensils, etc.), tableware (serving dishes, bowls, cutlery, glassware, etc.) and plenty of cupboard. The apartment is professionally cleaned. We also have an express laundry service. Our on-site chefs offer both local and continental foods. The property offers a 24/7 professional security service with a K9 unit and confirmed only access which offers absolute privacy and protection. Other things to note *Electricity Usage Policy – Important Information* This apartment operates on a prepaid electricity system. Electricity consumption is based strictly on actual usage and varies depending on appliance use and guest behavior. **1. Apartment Electrical Configuration The apartment is fitted with high-capacity electrical appliances, including: Four (4) air conditioners — three (3) × 1.5HP and one (1) × 2.5HP Three (3) electric water heaters. Refrigerator with freezer. Television and standard household appliances. Due to this configuration, electricity consumption may be higher than that of a typical residential three-bedroom apartment. **2. Fair Usage Allowance (Long Stays) For bookings of 14 nights or more, electricity is provided subject to a fair usage allowance of GHS 3,000 per stay. Electricity consumption up to GHS 3,000 is included. Any consumption exceeding GHS 3,000 is the responsibility of the guest and must be topped up as required to maintain uninterrupted power. For stays of less than 14 nights, electricity is included but remains subject to reasonable and responsible use. *(3. Meter Monitoring and Top-Ups Electricity usage may be monitored periodically to prevent unexpected power outages. Guests will be notified if electricity usage approaches or exceeds the fair usage allowance. Where the allowance is exceeded, guests are expected to top up electricity promptly to ensure continued service. **4. Responsible Usage Guidelines Guests are kindly encouraged to: Switch off air conditioners when rooms are unoccupied.
