Lift service available all the time. Big windows make the flat very bright to let the sunlight come inside. Proper curtains in all rooms including Dining room. Fancy decorative lights in all rooms in the ceiling will take your breath away during evening and night time. An Air Humidifier with fragrance is there to fill the place with aroma. CHECK IN AFTER 9 P.M. IS NOT ALLOWED. HOWEVER, IF YOU ARE READY TO PAY EXTRA CASH Rs.400 TO MY ASSISTANT THEN HE/SHE WILL WAIT FOR YOU TILL 11:30 P.M. IF YOU COME AFTER 11:30 P.M. TILL 1 P.M., THEN YOU NEED TO PAY RS.600 IN CASH TO MY ASSISTANT. These are NON NEGOTIABLE conditions and you need to pay on the spot instantly. No check in after 1 a.m. and no excuses will be entertained. But if you are not comfortable paying these late night check-in charges, then don't book my property. Sometimes, it is difficult for us to manage the same day requests for bookings. In case of any service breakdown like internet services or TV you need to give us time to solve and don't be impatient. We will do our best to solve it but sometimes the situations does not allow us to solve fast if the factors are external. IF ANY GUESTS WANTS LUGGAGE PICK UP SERVICE THEN THEY WILL HAVE TO INFORM AT LEAST 4-5 DAYS IN ADVANCE AND THEY SHOULD BE READY TO PAY RS.500 in cash FOR THIS SERVICE. RS.500 IS NON NEGOTIABLE. ALSO, THOSE WHO NEED CLEANING SERVICE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE TRIP THEY SHOULD BE READY TO PAY Rs.250 FOR 90 minutes (wet sweeping the floors of all rooms excluding Kitchen and Bathroom). You will get Fresh Towels, Bedsheets and linens on your arrival but for Change of Towels or Bedsheets during your stay you have to pay Extra for Laundry as per the rates fixed (non negotiable). These are my house rules and please abide by it. For Bathrooms (only) to be cleaned Rs. 150 for 20-30 minutes cleaning. For Kitchen Rs.250 including washing the kitchen utensils for 90 minutes. These are optional premium services and non negotiable. Payment in cash only. Other things to note We expect you to clean all kitchen utensils properly and also do the bedding. Cleaning kitchen utensils are a must. And any alochol bottles must be disposed off before leaving outside the apartment in the Garbage Vat of the Municipal Corporation. No public display of alcohol is allowed in the apartment. If you want to consume alcohol it should be done strictly inside your flat only and quietly. You must pack all the garbage in the garbage bag with utmost precaution and dispose off outside the apartment where all the other Garbages are disposed off. Also littering cigarettes in the apartment is an offense. All cigarettes and ash must be disposed in the ashtray only. Respect the surroundings and the apartment. Keep it clean and be respectful. If you are violating then be sure you will never get the booking. Do not ask for further discounts as it is a discounted price. The property maintenance is very high. We have allowed weekly and monthly discounts for your convenience. You will get Fresh Towels, Bedsheets and linens on your arrival but for Change of Towels or Bedsheets during your stay you have to pay Extra for Laundry as per the rates fixed (non negotiable).
