A cozy townhouse in the center of Marstal that has just been renovated. The rooms are bright and spacious with plenty of room for many visitors. The house is filled with atmosphere and its many rooms are ideal for family cozy moments. It's only a few minutes by bike to the beach. The warm summer evenings are perfect to enjoy in the outdoor living room, which is an extension of the house's kitchen. The good weather can also be enjoyed from the terrace in the house's enclosed garden. In addition, the house has both a flat screen and fiber broadband/wireless network. The space The home has a large floor plan, which means that as a family you can easily be together without it getting too close. The house was renovated and refurbished in 2014 with a focus on making the house contemporary with plumbing, electronics and other technology. However, it was important for us to keep the style so that you can feel the history of the house and experience the real Ærø atmosphere. We value music in the house and we therefore have both a turntable and Apple Airplay for free use in the house. There is also the possibility to use an older computer or iPad. Other things to note Our house is good for families with children, because we have plenty of space and a lot of toys available. But the house is beautiful if you need some free space and to feel the calm atmosphere that is on Ærø. By bike, it only takes a few minutes to cycle to the beach. The beach consists of both a more child-friendly part and a good beach with a jetty and sandy bottom. In addition, there is the possibility to borrow the house's bicycles, for a ride around the island's many bike paths.
