Typical Small (80m2) Canarian bungallow with green garden, privacy & great views! It's an ideal retreat for a family or group of friends, located in a quiet El Varadero area - close to Playa Arena beach, Puerto Santiago and Los Gigantes towns. Only steps from the house there's an amazing ocean promenade with breathtaking views! The house is full of typical Canarian charm, very homely, and you can use swimming pool (shared with neighbours). There is AIR CON, baby cot and Fast & Stable WiFi! The space This lovely detached house is built on one level and it has a very cozy green garden, fullly fenced, safe, quiet. The house consists of open plan kitchen, small living room and dining area, and two bedrooms: Master bedroom is semi separate (walk-through bedroom) with double bed (160cm) and access to the bathroom with shower. A second bedroom is separate, equipped with 150 cm wide double bed and a wardrobe. In the garden you will find a dining table & comfortable sitting furniture. Also in the corner of the garden there is your private washing machine and the dryer. There is Air Conditioning unit in the first bedroom. Kitchen area has ceiling fan, and we have a standing fan for the second bedroom. We have a baby bed (travel cot) and a high chair, so families with babies are welcome! Parking is free of charge, on street, right next to the entrance to the property, and in this area it is never a problem to find available parking spot. There is a swimming pool in the complex and you will have free unlimited access to it. Guest access All the house and the garden will be fully yours, not shared with anyone else. The swimming pool belongs to the complex and will be shared with neighbours. Other things to note Bathroom is only accessible through the master bedroom. Please note that due to the nature of tropical island living, it is normal to occasionally encounter insects, including cockroaches. This is a common occurrence in tropical climates, even with regular pest control and thorough cleanliness. We assure you that we take all necessary measures to minimize their presence and maintain a clean environment. We appreciate your understanding.
