The space This property includes a small, private gated courtyard; a large room with California king bed, breakfast bar, and flat screen tv; and a small, private bathroom with walk-in shower. The courtyard is gated and has a hose for rinsing salt and sand after a fun day at the beach. Also perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a beer in the evening. The comfy California king bed has luxury linens and lots of pillows. The breakfast bar has a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, bottled water, plates and utensils. The flat screen TV is available for use but Amazon account needed for fire stick . There is a ceiling fan and space heater for your comfort. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, Philosophy bath products, fluffy towels, and good lighting. Pets are welcome with deposit. Guest access The property is located at the end of a short cobble stone cul-de-sac near the north entrance of the gated community of Antonio Del Mar. There is street parking in front of the property’s gated courtyard. Other things to note This is bedroom of a private residence with a private entry. The backyard has a lovely ocean view but the bedroom does not. If you would want access to the backyard, please speak to the homeowner. The homeowner does have dogs so some barking may be heard. This is a pet-friendly property with added deposit.
