Perfect all year round. The Garden Room is the perfect base for couples to explore Cornwall all year round. It's beautifully designed and decorated to the highest standard providing everything you need during your stay. This beautifully designed, private, mini home has a full kitchen, luxury shower room, super soft towels and an elegant boutique style bedroom with a king size bed and hotel quality cotton linen. The Garden Room is only suitable for two guests. The space Designed to be the perfect base for couples that want to enjoy a relaxed stay in Cornwall. The Garden Room has a main living space with a full kitchen and island breakfast bar. A comfy sofa, TV with games and books in the cabinet and a sliding door to private balcony and garden where there is garden furniture and BBQ. The elegant boutique style bedroom has a king size bed with hotel quality cotton linen, chest of draws and small hanging space. The large shower room has a walk in rain shower & riser, vanity unit with storage, basin and WC. Parking is right outside with your own path leading to the front door. We provide a basic start for our guests with a welcome hamper of Cornish goodies and kitchen essentials - salt, pepper, cooking oil, soap, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs and cleaning products. Guest access Guest parking is adjacent to the Garden Room as you come down the drive. There is Key Code access for the Garden Room. Other things to note We are out of town in semi rural surroundings. Just outside Newlyn the large and popular fishing port. We built Garden Room in our large garden to provide a relaxing get away for couples. It's a little sun trap nestled in the trees surrounded by nature. We have lots of wildlife visiting our garden. The patio faces our wild bank with a large tree fern apple and plum trees. You may spot squirrels and foxes and you'll certainly hear the owls at night. Our guests have a private seating area at the back of the Garden Room. Check out for local inspiration @bijoufortwo
