Located on the 2nd floor, the apartment is very bright, cozy and quiet, and has 2 balconies overlooking the interior park of the condominium. Located in the lower part of Annecy-le-Vieux, Buisson/Pommaries district, both close to all amenities and close to the lake (5 minutes by bike/10 minutes walk), with bus stop in front of the residence to directly access the city center and the train station, and free parking within the condominium. The room I offer overlooks a closed balcony, and is equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe with closet + a dresser. The apartment is very nice and comfortable (TV, wifi, washing machine, dryer, etc.), with an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge + freezer, kettle, coffee maker, etc.), a bathroom with shower, and separate toilet. All amenities are of course at your disposal. Other things to note A (lovely) cat lives in the apartment, and it is very discreet.
