Cosy studio in a family villa with panoramic scenery over lake and mountains. Kitchen corner with ceramic hob, dishwasher, combi oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishes, and cooking equipment. Comfortable double bed, we can provide a cot and baby equipment. Private bathroom with large shower, toilets, towel warmer and hair dryer. Heated pool access in season, private parking and fibre internet included. Access to the spa and games room with supplement upon reservation. The space Our house is a traditional Savoyard architect designed villa surrounded by nature, very calm and breathtaking view over the Annecy lake and the mountains. Guest access We will be very pleased to welcome you upon arrival. Check in and check out time are flexible on request. Private parking available on site. The pool is open during the spring and summer. It is shared with our family only, as we live on site, no other traveler at the same time. During your stay We live in the house and are available for local advice. Other things to note At the house we have a heated swimming pool (access included in season) as well as a spa with sauna, hammam and hot tub as well as an entertainment room with billiard/snooker, baby-foot, video and board games. Access is possible upon request at extra cost
