Holiday home of 3 (three) bedrooms with garden, 100m from the sea. A wonderful home for families who want to enjoy their holidays in peace, safety for their children. The rich verdant landscape of the garden and the location of the residence offer a sense of tranquility that the visitor understands from the very first moment. The residence is located in Nea Plagia of Chalkidiki and it is ideal to make excursions to any of the beaches of Halkidiki. The space The villa is on the ground floor, it is 80 sq.m. and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It is made with soundproof windows and with very good thermal insulation. All doors and windows are equipped with mosquito nets. When you enter the house you will see a large spacious living room where the air conditioning is located and cools the whole house, a dining room for 6 people and a complete fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes lots of cupboards, a double sink, a fridge, a large oven, a microwave, 4 hotplates, a kettle, and all the proper cooking utensils to prepare a meal. There are three bedrooms in the house. In the first there is a very comfortable double bed, in the second there are 2 single beds, and in the third room there is again a double bed. All three rooms are equipped with wardrobes and chests of drawers. In the bathroom, in addition to the sink, toilet and shower, you will find the washing machine as well as towels, hair dryer and soap. There are two large balconies with separate tables and chairs each, where you can enjoy your meals, your coffee as well as the green landscape that our garden offers.
