Bright airy double room, central

The bright airy private room is in a shared flat ,with a fully equipped kitchen and shared bathroom . It overlooks a beautiful park and is an ideal location for sightseeing and local bars and restaurants. It is a very peaceful location to recharge your batteries and cook a meal if desired. The space Bright and airy double room with use of bathroom and Kitchen.The room is quiet as it overlooks a beautiful park and it has the feel of the countryside outside your window.The room has a high ceiling with a sash window which opens upwards for some lovely fresh air(no noise or car fumes).Clean bedlinen and towels are provided,if you need any changes just request.There is a new comfortable King size bed.There is free Wi-Fi access and a TV which has Freeview and radio .There is a TV in the kitchen but you can have it for viewing in the bedroom,just request.You can have use of the kitchen for making tea and coffee and any meals.There will be some cupboard and fridge space.You can also use the washing machine on request,you may want to buy your own special detergent.There is space for two people to sit comfortably in the kitchen which is situated next to the bedroom,with the bathroom on the other side of the bedroom,so all rooms are on one level.The bathroom has a toilet,sink,bath is wide with handles for safety and is great for a lovely long soak(extractor fan,no outside window)shower is very hot so I do not recommend it.The room is in a 2 room flat up two flights of stairs,one shorter flight to the outside front door.The kitchen and bathroom will mainly just be used by me . There are locals shops and markets which stock a wide range of fresh produce.Amenities in the vicinity are an open air swimming pool called a Lido, which has a cafe listed Park cafe of the year 2011.The park is used by walkers and joggers and is lovely for a stroll or a picnic.There is a famous fish and chip Restaurant and takeaway called Olleys.There are pubs serving great pub grub and more restaurants with places to suit all pockets.See the real London. In my area you can park after 5.30 pm and before 8.30 am Mon-Friday,near Brixton station Saturday is restricted too,after that you will need to pay and display ,some areas are residents parking only,always read any signs about and the advice is to be very careful. As a Host I will greet you at the door and make tea or coffee if you would like that .Breakfast things will be left to help yourself to,you can have toast and cereal and as much tea or coffee(filter or instant) as you like.You will be given a set of keys and any information you require will be provided to make your stay more comfortable.Please text or call me when you arrive in London so I can be prepared for you,time flexible.You will be given as much privacy as you require but you can also call me for assistance at any time.I have always felt very safe at this location so it would be ideal for single travellers as well as couples.Not suitable for babies,older children 6 and over are fine. Guest access Bathroom Kitchen During your stay I try and give guests as much privacy as they need but I will be available when needed to answer any questions or for a chat. Other things to note The shower runs very hot so I recommend using the bath
