We rent the entire ground floor ( apartments SOTTO and CANTINA) approx. 180 M2 of our totally renovated villa and hope that you will enjoy this wonderful place as much as we do. Coziness and comfort but above all privacy and tranquility is a priority for us. For example, everyone has their own living space (indoor and outdoor). A lot of attention has been paid to the overall design. The bathroom should not remain unnamed. In this super-de-luxury stay with double bath and rain shower, it is good to stay! Spacious bedroom with king size bed. Cozy living room equipped with all comforts and French door to your terrace. On the terrace, there is a typical Italian sofa where you can have good conversations with a nice glass of wine until late at night. Together, this is SOTTO GRANDE Do you have children and or friends who are coming on vacation? Then this apartment offers a solution. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has been renovated while maintaining authenticity. The former wine-cantina now offers a lot of coolness and tranquility and gives this apartment and pleasant atmosphere. It offers a relaxed double Auping bed in a separate bedroom to close. Two single beds. In addition, there is a large shower room with all the amenities. Additional sleeping arrangements possible. Outside on our estate are various places to relax. Here are, among other things, sun beds and reading tables. Also the gazebo and the swimming pool is for communal use. After a thorough renovation, our Villa San Vitale is all set for the year 2019. We only host a few weeks during the summer season. We offer comfortable accommodation for those who want peace and quiet, nature, culture and enjoy the Italian cuisine. We have now gained a lot of knowledge about the area and therefore we can provide you with numerous interesting and fantastic trips in the area. Such as village parties, hip parties on the beach, and cultural getaways to medieval villages. We will do our best to make your holiday an unforgettable experience.
