A luxury 5* chalet based at the foot of the beautiful Mont Blanc in the quaint and historic French town of St Gervais les Bains.Easy access to the ski resorts of St Gervais, Megeve, Les Contamines,Saint-Nicolas de Veroce and the Chamonix valley. There is an additional damage deposit required upon booking confirmation. The space Chalet Arkle is a beautiful spacious chalet based at the top of the stunning Alpine town of Saint Gervais. The chalet was designed and built in 2006 as a family home as such it has been finished to exacting standards. South facing this chalet is spacious with a large open plan living and dining area, warmed by an open fire. The living area opens onto a balcony where there are teak table and chairs, there is also a BBQ provided during the summer season for outside entertainment, enabling you to really make the most of the sensational views the Chalet has to offer. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials (blender, magimix, dishwasher, fondue and hot stone set etc) and even has the rare added luxury of an Aga. Leading off the living area is the Sauna and from here there are steps leading down to the Hot Tub in the garden area(only available in the winter). This provides the perfect way to unwind after a hard days skiing or simply an opportunity to just relax. Once again you can enjoy the stunning views of the valley with a nice glass of wine (plastic glasses are provided specifically for this purpose!). Sumptuous towelling bath robes are available on request. The Master bedroom is situated on the top floor, this room benefits from having its own private balcony and an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. The remaining bedrooms are to be found on the ground floor with 3 of the 4 rooms having direct access to the Garden, all of the bedrooms are en-suite. The ground floor provides a utility room with Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer, along with a large TV room with Sky TV and DVD player. A wide selection of DVD’s have been provided for your entertainment. A ski locker is located in the porch area, along with heated boot racks to ensure that your boots are warm and dry ready for the next day on the slopes. This chalet has been specifically furnished to provide you with a luxury holiday accommodation, at the same time it still maintains a warm homely feeling. Bedroom 1 with Jacuzzi bath, bidet, separate shower, wc. Shower room to bedroom 2, wc. Shower room to bedroom 3, wc. Shower room to bedroom 4, wc. Shower room to bedroom 5, wc. Separate shower room on ground floor. Kitchen: Electric Aga with gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave/combi oven, fondue kit, hot stone set, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, blender. Utility Room: Washing machine, dryer, large sink for hand washing, drying rack, iron/ironing board. Living Rooms: Large open plan living/dining area with wood fire, sofas, coffee table. Ipod dock station and speakers. Dining area - large oak table with ten comfortable leather backed chairs. Other: Playroom/TV room on ground floor with TV, DVD player. Internet access. There is a balcony area on the first floor. Three ground floor rooms have direct access to the garden. The property includes teak garden furniture with a table and seating for 10. BBQ provided. Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: Towels and linen are included in the price. There is an additional charge of £10 per person for bathrobes supplied upon request.
