Can Pau is a house in the valley of Morna, one of the most beautiful places in the north of the island, the location is great, as it overlooks the sea and on clear days of Formentera too. It is of new construction in Ibiza style and quiet, ideal to rest and discover the most peaceful side of Ibiza. The space The house is located in a natural environment, on the top of a small hill with spectacular views of the sea and Formenetera and offers total privacy. Can Pau is a recently built house in the style of the old farmhouses, with thick white walls and savin roofs. It is the ideal place to relax and discover this peaceful part of the island. The house is located on the top of a hill in a rural area of San Carlos. Although it seems very remote, the village and Santa Eulalia are only a few minutes away by car. It is very close to some of the eastern beaches such as Aguas Blancas, Cala Llenya, Es Figueral and Cala Boix. As the house is on an elevated level, it offers fantastic panoramic views of the island and the sea. The house has 3 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and two that can be adapted to the needs of the guests. There are two full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. All three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The double bedroom also has access to a terrace. The main living area of the house is spacious, bright and fresh, as the living room and kitchen are open-plan. There is also another room that serves as a utility room and storage room. The kitchen has a large gas cooker, dishwasher and is fully equipped. It also has a separate tap for drinking quality water. The kitchen has access to the pool area. The living room has a comfortable chaise-longue sofa, satellite TV and another access to the terrace. The plot surrounding the house is large and exclusive, there are no neighbours nearby. In addition to the pool area there is also a children's playground with playhouses. There is also a covered area with barbecue and outdoor table. Ideal for families, romantic getaways or simply to enjoy a quiet holiday in a unique environment. Guest access The house also has a large barbecue area with sea views. Other things to note As a general rule, check-in time is at 16:00h and check-out time is at 10am, however we are very flexible, so it is very important to know your arrival time, airline and flight number in order to organize your arrival and give you the best welcome, we can even inform you in advance if we can check you in as soon as you arrive, so please let us know your flight details as soon as you have them. Please contact us a week before your arrival to give you directions to the house. DURING YOUR STAY IN THE HOUSE: - Due to the lack of rainfall and temperatures on the Island, please be very careful if you use the barbecue, smoke and with the use of fire in any way. - Water on the island is scarce, please use it conscientiously. - It is strictly forbidden to disturb the neighbors with music and any noise. Music and sound between 10pm and 9am must be no louder than 45 decibels. Parties are totally forbidden, otherwise the police may be called and the traveler would be fully responsible for any consequences and legal action against the property. - Gatherings and dinners for more guests than the capacity of the property are strictly prohibited unless otherwise agreed in advance in writing. - Any sound equipment other than the houses is strictly prohibited unless agreed upon prior to arrival and with written permission. - This house is prepared for a certain number of occupants. The guest undertakes at all times to respect the maximum number of occupants for which the reservation was made, and therefore, under no circumstances will the stipulated number of occupants be increased. - In case of loss of keys and/or key rings with remote control, the guest will have to pay for the replacement of these, and/or locking rafters, as well as all the administrative costs involved. - It is strictly forbidden to change the position of the furniture in the property or to make any other modifications. - Sometimes private or governmental construction work may be taking place in the surrounding area, without prior notice; neither the owner nor the manager of the house has any influence over this work and cannot be held responsible for any disturbance it may cause. - Water, electricity or internet outages are not regular and on occasion local authorities may cut off or limit supplies for short periods of time. Neither the owner nor the manager can assume any responsibility for any inconvenience caused by temporary cuts in such supplies. - The host and the owner recommend the renter to take out travel insurance to protect them and their valuables. The host and the owner assume no responsibility for the guest's valuables. Guests should take care to protect all their valuables, as the property insurance does not protect valuables, including those in the property safe if there is one. - The host and the property are exempt from any liability for injury, death and other damages, which may be suffered by the occupants of the rented property, when these are due to their own negligence or misuse of the property, acts of God or force majeure. - The host and the property are not responsible for the breakage of mechanical equipment and / or lack of utilities such as water - including that from well water that feeds the house, electricity and gas, when this occurs through no fault of the property. The owner and the host are not responsible for any inconvenience beyond our control. - The owner undertakes to solve any breakage, damage and/or repair, replace any malfunctioning or broken appliance, as well as solve any problem related to water and electricity as soon as possible and within our possibilities. Please note that you are renting a property where any of the above mentioned situations may occur and that on Saturdays and Sundays the technicians are off and most of the appliance replacement shops are closed, you should be aware that this property is not a hotel where they have a 24hrs a day maintenance service. You also agree that the technicians and / or owners access the house to solve any maintenance and / or repair problems in the house. - Children must be accompanied and supervised at all times by an adult, especially in and around the swimming pool. - Pets are not allowed in the rented property without written permission from the owner. - The owner reserves the right to make alterations to any specifications of the property in terms of furnishings, fittings or fixtures and fittings, therefore any differences that may exist in the photographs/illustrations/text used shall not incur any liability - It is strictly forbidden to hold social events and/or events such as weddings, receptions, cocktail parties, large parties that may cause disturbance to neighbours, without the prior consent of the owner. Under no circumstances may the house be used for parties or events for commercial purposes. - Permission is required for any event attended by a number of people double or more the number of people staying in the rental property. Permission to hold the event will incur an additional charge to be determined at the time. Violation of this clause will be considered a breach of contract and may lead to forfeiture of the Deposit and immediate departure from the rental property without compensation. . If the house is left in a poor condition requiring extra cleaning hours (more than usual), clients will be charged for the extra cleaning hours. . Please ensure that no bags of rubbish are left inside or outside the property. Leaving full bags of rubbish may attract insects, cats or other animals, so please take them to the nearest dumpster. If rubbish is left inside or outside the gardens, there will be a penalty of 150 euros which will be deducted from your security deposit. Please note that you have 24h after your arrival at the property to inform us of any irregularities or broken furniture, otherwise we will assume that the damage was done during your stay. .Please note that the house has a security alarm system which is equipped with a camera that only works as a motion detector and is only activated when there is a breach of alarm i.e. when the alarm is activated in the event that someone (not belonging to the group) tries to enter the house with force while the guests are away. In no case is it a recording camera and it is also not operational when the alarm is switched off. The alarm system is put in place to protect the tenants and not to invade their privacy. By making your reservation, you agree to this security system, otherwise you should contact us before making your reservation to resolve any doubts you may have.
