Can Pau is a house in the valley of Morna, one of the most beautiful places in the north of the island, the location is great, as it overlooks the sea and on clear days of Formentera too. It is of new construction in Ibiza style and quiet, ideal to rest and discover the most peaceful side of Ibiza. The space The house is located in a natural environment, on the top of a small hill with spectacular views of the sea and Formenetera and offers total privacy. Can Pau is a recently built house in the style of the old farmhouses, with thick white walls and savin roofs. It is the ideal place to relax and discover this peaceful part of the island. The house is located on the top of a hill in a rural area of San Carlos. Although it seems very remote, the village and Santa Eulalia are only a few minutes away by car. It is very close to some of the eastern beaches such as Aguas Blancas, Cala Llenya, Es Figueral and Cala Boix. As the house is on an elevated level, it offers fantastic panoramic views of the island and the sea. The house has 3 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and two that can be adapted to the needs of the guests. There are two full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. All three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The double bedroom also has access to a terrace. The main living area of the house is spacious, bright and fresh, as the living room and kitchen are open-plan. There is also another room that serves as a utility room and storage room. The kitchen has a large gas cooker, dishwasher and is fully equipped. It also has a separate tap for drinking quality water. The kitchen has access to the pool area. The living room has a comfortable chaise-longue sofa, satellite TV and another access to the terrace. The plot surrounding the house is large and exclusive, there are no neighbours nearby. In addition to the pool area there is also a children's playground with playhouses. There is also a covered area with barbecue and outdoor table. Ideal for families, romantic getaways or simply to enjoy a quiet holiday in a unique environment. Guest access The house also has a large barbecue area with sea views. Other things to note Usually check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am, but we are very flexible, so it is very important to know your arrival time, airline and flight number to organize your arrival and give you the best reception, we can even inform you in advance if we can check you in as soon as you arrive, so please let us know your flight details as soon as you have them. Please contact us a week before your arrival so that we can give you directions to the house. DURING YOUR STAY IN THE HOUSE: - Due to the lack of rainfall and temperatures on the island, please be very careful when using the grill, smoking and using fire in any way. - The water on the island is scarce, please use it conscientiously. - It is strictly prohibited to disturb the neighbors with music and any noise. Music and noise must not be louder than 45 decibels between 10 pm and 9 am. Parties are absolutely forbidden, otherwise the police can be called and the traveler is fully responsible for all consequences and legal action against the property. - Meetings and dinners for more guests than the capacity of the house are strictly prohibited unless agreed in writing in advance.- Any music system outside the house is strictly prohibited unless agreed upon prior to arrival and with written permission. - This house is occupied by a certain number of residents. The guest agrees to respect the maximum number of people for whom the reservation was made at all times, and therefore the specified number of people will not be increased under any circumstances. - In case of loss of keys and/or keychains with remote control, the guest must pay for the replacement of these keys and/or lock cylinders as well as for all associated administrative costs. - It is strictly forbidden to change the position of the furniture in the apartment or to make other changes. - Private or state construction work may take place in the area without prior notice; neither the owner nor the manager of the house have any influence on this work and cannot be held responsible for the disturbances caused by it. - Water, electricity or Internet outages are not regular, and there may be occasions where local authorities interrupt or restrict the supply for a short time. Neither the owner nor the manager can accept responsibility for any inconvenience caused by temporary interruptions in the supply. - The host and owner recommend that the tenant purchase travel insurance to protect themselves and their valuables. The host and the owner do not take any responsibility for the guest's valuables. Guests should be careful to protect all their valuables, as the home insurance does not provide protection for valuables, even those in the safe of the house, if any. - - The host and the property are released from all liability for injury, death and other damage that may be suffered by the occupants of the rented property if it is due to their own negligence or misuse of the property, force majeure or force majeure. - The host and the house are not responsible for the breakage of mechanical equipment and/or the lack of utilities such as water - including the well water that feeds the house - electricity and gas, if this happens through no fault of the house. You also agree that the technicians and/or owners have access to the house to resolve any maintenance and/or repair issues in the house.- Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times, especially in and around the swimming pool. - Pets are not allowed in the rented property without the written permission of the owner. - - The owner reserves the right to make changes to the specifications of the property in terms of furnishings, equipment or inventory, so that any differences in the photos/illustrations/texts used do not incur any liability. - It is strictly prohibited to hold social events and/or events such as weddings, receptions, cocktail parties, large parties that may disturb the neighbors without the prior consent of the owner. The house may not be used for parties or events for commercial purposes under any circumstances.- A permit is required for any event that involves more than twice as many people as live in the rental property. An additional fee will be charged for the approval to hold the event, which will be determined in due course. A breach of this clause will be considered a breach of contract and may result in the forfeiture of the security deposit and immediate departure from the rental property without compensation. If the house is left in a bad condition that requires extra cleaning hours (more than usual), the customer will be charged for the extra cleaning hours. Please make sure that no garbage bags are left inside or outside the house. Full garbage bags can attract insects, cats or other animals, so please take them to the nearest garbage can. If garbage is left inside or outside the gardens, a penalty of 150 euros will be due, which will be deducted from the security deposit. - Please note that you have 24 hours after your arrival at the house to inform us of any irregularities or broken furniture, otherwise we will assume that the damage occurred during your stay. Please note that the house has an alarm system equipped with a camera that only works as a motion detector and is only activated when an alarm is triggered, i.e. if someone (who is not part of the group) tries to force their way into the house during the absence of the guests, the alarm is activated. It is in no case a recording camera, and it is also not operational when the alarm is switched off. The alarm system is designed to protect tenants and not to invade their privacy.
