Southampton ensuite accommodation

The space I have a ensuite single room in a detached house. The room has a ensuite bathroom, private entrance, and free WIFI. You are also free to use the microwave, kettle and toaster in the kitchen. Meals are available upon request and at a reasonable price. The house is in a quiet area, with free parking for 2 hours. For 1 night stay only ,there is a £5 cleaning fee payable on arrival. The house is within walking distance of public transport, which will take you into the city, to the airport or the university. It is ideally situated as it is only a 5 minute walk to Southampton University. Also, it is a 10 minute bus ride to the train station and Southampton airport. Within walking distance there are also supermarkets, shops , restaurants and banks. Other notable nearby attractions include Winchester Cathedral, Salisbury Cathedral, Stonehenge, New Forest, Portsmouth and Bournemouth. About 20 miles away, or a 30 minute drive and you will be at the beach on the south coast of England. No smoking allowed in the room and house.
