Grassmere is a Mid-Century Modern House & Spa retreat (Hot Tub, Steam Sower & Relaxation Area) located in the conservation area of Boughton, a hidden gem in West Norfolk. The house has a glorious view overlooking the village pond and is ideally located to tour Norfolk and the Norfolk Coast, King’s Lynn, Sandringham, Ely. Perfect for family get togethers, a quiet hide away, business trips. Ideal for young children who can enjoy the enclosed village play area, feed the ducks or amble around. The space The space Grassmere detached house & enclosed garden are suitable for 2 up to 8 people. Minimum stay 3 nights. Ground floor: Open plan launch, dinning and kitchen, a Kingsize master bedroom with en-suite wet room with bath, shower, toilet and underfloor heating. First Floor: A Kingsize bedroom, a 2 twin bedrooms and 2 shower - toilet rooms. The house is fully equipped we have created a "home for home" environment. We provide bed linen, towels, dressing gowns, toilet paper, hand soap, tea, coffee, sugar. Oven/hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, washing machine, iron, ironing board, vacuum, hair driers, TV (with free view), DVD player, CD player, radio and a free wifi. The Spa: A step away from the main house your own private home spa, consisting of a Hot Tub, a Steam shower, relaxation area and a PC. Under floor heated and floor to ceiling sliding doors overlooking the large private garden. The spacious private garden has two pergolas outdoor dining table and chairs and a BBQ. Mature willow trees and decorative grasses views to farm land on one side and to the stunning village pond on the other. Free off road parking for 3 cars is available. Guest access Self check in/out.
