300 sq meter high end house in Henningsvær!

Lofoten Playground is a big, high end house situated on the quay in beautiful Henningsvær. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and offers magnificent views over the harbour and nearby mountains. The house sleeps 12, and features a large kitchen, two living rooms, five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a sauna. There is also a private roof terrace with a BBQ overlooking the harbour. This is the perfect base for exploring Lofoten! The space The house has an amazing location in the heart of Henningsvær overlooking the sea and the nearby majestic mountains, yet only five minutes walk from the centre where you find the local grocery and plenty of high quality cafés and restaurants. The house is 300 square meters in total and has two floors, and each floor is 150 sq meters. The entrance is on the second floor. On this floor, you will find a spacious hall, laundry room with two washing machines and a tumble dryer, a sauna, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a living room right next to the sea. On the third floor, there is an open kitchen/living area with a hand made dining table comfortably seating twelve persons, a large comfortable sofa, a rocking chair, a fire place and a chaiselongue. In addition to this, there are three bedrooms with comfortable 180 cm double beds and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen features two full size ovens, and one full size fridge. We also have a freezer available for our guests. All bathrooms and the hall have underfloor heating, and the house has high speed wifi. The house is very well equipped, and has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The kitchen has everything you need as far as applianges are concerned - like Nespresso machine, electric coffee maker, Kitchenaid blender, toaster +++ The house is located on the sunny side of the harbour, so you can enjoy the sunny afternoon either on the pier right in front of the house, or relaxing on the roof terrace on the side building of the house. Here you also have access to a barbeque. The house also has a first floor which is being used as storage space for a local fisherman. Our guests have access to the whole house, and exclusive use of the outdoor area. Guest access The house is located in Henningsvær, a beautiful fishing village above the arctic circle. The guests have access to the whole house. Five minutes walk away, you will find wonderful restaurants and lovely small shops and several galleries. Henningsvær also has one of the world's most beautiful football pitches where you can play football, or go for a workout. Henningsvær is the perfect base for your stay in Lofoten, and we recommend hiring a car to explore these beautiful islands in Northern Norway. Other things to note Henningsvær is the most famous fishing community in Lofoten. Approximately 500 people live here all year round. There is plenty of things to do - whether you prefer the active outdoor life climbing, hiking, snorkling or going on a sea eagle safari with high speed rib boats - or just want to stroll around taking in the relaxed ambience enjoying the nice cafés and restaurants and picturesque shops. Try out the bacalao at Klatrekaféen, the famous cinnamon buns at Lysstøperiet, the Italian pizza at Trevarefabrikken, buy a nice and warm Haddock hats made in Nepal or experience exquisite contemporary art at Kaviar Factory.
