Ideal for families, groups of friends, couples, and sports enthusiasts who love hiking and cycling. Children up to 10 years old do not pay. The space If you are looking for peace, quiet and fresh air, this is the place for you. The house has a very familiar style with typical furnishings from the grandparents' era, with a touch of modernity given by us grandchildren. Ideal for cooling off after a day at the beach, after a picnic or a bike ride in the hills (there are numerous dedicated trails), or to get away from the chaos of the city. We have a locked garage for bikes and motorcycles. Guest access An apartment is available on the upper floor of the house, with sleeping accommodations for 4/6 people, a panoramic terrace, a large living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. For the garden with a barbecue, a request is needed to check if the ground-floor apartment is available on that day/during that period. It is located in a common area. The accommodation tax of €1.25 per person per night will be collected on site. Other things to note For us, children under the age of 10 do not pay.
