It has 130 square meters and capacity for 6 people. You enter a hall and to the right is a bedroom with two beds of 90 x200 cm and a built-in wardrobe, opposite are the two complete bathrooms, with shower. At the end of the hall there is a spacious living-dining room with a sofa that converts into a 150cm bed. The living room has two windows, the door to the terrace and a complete open concept kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge, freezer and mini-oven with pizza mode. To the right of the living room there's the entrance of the master bedroom with a very comfortable 150cm viscoelastic bed, large built-in wardrobe and window to the terrace. Air conditioning and heating, TV and FREE WIFI. We have a comfortable inflatable mattress for the 7th guest. It is located right in the centre of Seville in the most elegant but quiet area, in front of the bullring, 200 m from the Cathedral and the Giralda, the Reales Alcázares, the Archivo de Indias and the famous Barrio de Santa Cruz. It is the best area of the city for tapas, visiting monuments and finding the best flamenco clubs. It is ideal for the SEMANA SANTA (EASTER) as all the brotherhoods pass around it and ideal for the FERIA DE APRIL (APRIL FAIR). The accommodation has a travel cot (it comes with its own fine padded base and additional mattress), and also has a high chair. Guest access The guest will have private access to the entire property, as well as the 40 sq mtrs terrace overlooking the bullring and the river.
