Guest access You will have access to the entire place and, if needed, a locked bike room. Other things to note Delivery of keys by owner on site. Check-in between 3 p.m. and 10 p.m. (possible before or after depending on my availability and on request only) Departure in the morning, no later than 10 a.m. Quick condition report both on arrival and departure in order to save time. In the condition report, special attention is paid to general cleanliness: - the rented property (floors, sanitary facilities, garbage cans, etc.), - refrigerator (defrost please), - microwave, - bedding, - TV operation. Please return the premises as you found them. Systematic check after checkout. No cleaning fee at the time of booking, but it must be done before departure. Otherwise, and depending on a cleaning to be done or a supplement to be made, an amount between €5 and €30 will be requested through the Airbnb Resolution Center. For hygiene reasons, do not throw the water from the cleaning bucket into the sinks but into the toilets or outside. For properties rented with entry badges (vigik), never leave them in the apartment if you have to leave it (even a few minutes) to avoid being locked outside. The garbage room is located near the entrance gate of the residence.
