The blue house in the woods

Our house is located in a calm tree-lined area, between vineyards and hills, enjoying 300 days of sun per year. It is both close to the sea, the ''Camargue'' (a region of the Rhône delta in south-eastern France, characterized by numerous shallow salt lagoons, known for its white horses and as a nature reserve) and the Cevennes National park. The house is not overlooked, the garden is 3000 m2 and has many spaces to relax with a semi-underground wooden pool (6.37m x 4.12m, 1.33m). The space The house is 100 m2 and is entirely for you with 3 bedrooms, a fitted kitchen and a spacious living-room. The garden is 3000 m2. Nearby, you will find amazing villages and cities like Avignon, le Pont du Gard, the duchy of Uzes, the medieval city of Aigues-Mortes, the Roman cities of Nimes and Arles, Montpellier, Anduze, the picture-postcard of Saint-Guilhem le désert et its cavez. Quissac, Sauve and Sommières are the villages just near our place, where you can enjoy a walk by the river and a Pétanque game. Whether you want to indulge in some lazing about or feel rather sporty, you can enjoy the Méditerranée, the Cévennes or the Gorges of Herault. You can enjoy the Mediterranean beaches but can also go to the river (the waterfall of La Vis, le Gardon in Anduze and Saint Jean du Gard, the Herault in Saint Guilhem le désert, ...). Guest access The whole place is for you with 3 bedrooms, a fitted kitchen and a big living room. The house is 100m2 and the garden 3000m2. Other things to note No unpleasant surprise, so only those 3 remarks to add. In this house, you won't be able to: -Throwing anything, including toilet paper (yes it's true), into the toilet unless it's very little. However, introducing a new feature for 2024: for your convenience, one of our toilets now boasts a water enema system (Boku technology, for those in the know). Similar to many country houses, this one utilizes a septic tank, which functions optimally when avoiding toilet paper. At least it shares something in common with Brazil." - spend your holiday in a landscaped garden: the ground is clean and the grass is cut, but the whole thing is basically natural and simple. - You can easily work remotely via the Internet, but cell phones don't work properly throughout the house. Take the opportunity to disconnect and recharge your batteries far from the office. Take advantage of the benefits of civilization: NEW in 2024, thanks to fiber access, you'll be able to watch Netflix even under a tree. For your convenience, we also provide a landline telephone that you can call back whenever you like, as well as a TV with over 200 channels.
