Large 2-room apartment on the ground floor, simple, with private jacuzzi and garden. For 3–5 people: 1 bedroom (double bed) + sofa bed; extra bed or cot on request. Quiet, close to Font-Romeu (skiing & hiking). Bed linen and towels provided. The space • Area: 60–65 m² • Garden level of our house (independent entrance) • Beds: bedroom (1 double bed) + living room (sofa bed) + single bed/Umbrella on request • Bathrooms: 1 separate toilet • 1 bathroom (shower + sink) • Living-dining room: smart TV, pellet stove (pellets provided) • Equipped kitchen: electric oven, 4-burner gas stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, dishes/utensils. On request and free of charge: raclette, fondue. • Veranda + private garden with electric BBQ • Supplied: shower gel, shampoo, dishwashing liquid, dish towel, sponge, dishwasher tablets, laundry and cleaning products • 3 pairs of snowshoes in winter. We live upstairs with a very sociable dog. You can meet us at the entrance; the dog does not access your garden/veranda/jacuzzi. Possible noise (no parties). Quiet hours 10 p.m. – 8 a.m. Guest access You have full enjoyment of the apartment, veranda, garden and jacuzzi. Free street parking nearby. Other things to note • Check-in 4 p.m. • Check-out 10:30 a.m. (flexible hours if possible) • Pets: 1 to 2 dogs accepted • €15/animal/stay Please do not leave them alone for a long time, not on the beds/sofas, pick up any traces in the garden • Jacuzzi: shower before going to the jacuzzi • no oils/products • close the lid after use • Please respect the quiet of the neighborhood in the evening • Winter: snow tires/chains MANDATORY • Simple accommodation, being refreshed (some finishes not redone): perfect for a practical stay • Accommodation on the ground floor of our house.
