Villa Île Maurice is 900 meters from Mont Choisy Beach in the north of the island. Guests can walk to the beach in 10 minutes, perfect for morning walks. The villa is 2 kilometers from the Grand Baie La Croisette shopping center and 5 km from the Grand Baie Super U, ideal for satisfying shopping cravings. Close to a golf course. Ideal for families or groups of friends. Everything will be done to ensure the guest has an unforgettable stay. The space The villa has a fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, toaster...; laundry facilities are available (ironing board and iron, washing machine). Linens will be available to guests. For the little ones, the villa has a crib, for their comfort. The villa has a private pool, lit up at night with a waterfall, and deckchairs that can be taken to the beach are available for guests to use. A barbecue area has been set up. Everything has been thought out for travelers' maximum comfort and well-being. Guest access The villa has 3 bedrooms per floor, and has a total of 2 floors, or 6 bedrooms. Depending on the number of guests, access to the floor will differ, from 1 to 6 guests, access will be limited to the ground floor, from 6 to 12 guests the 2 floors will be accessible. The villa will not be rented on the upper floor if guests occupy the ground floor, respect for the tranquility of guests is paramount. The entire villa is secured by an alarm system. I remain available at any time for any requests. Other things to note Important information: Tourist tax In accordance with the new regulations of the Mauritius Revenue Authority (MRA), a tourist tax of €3 per night per tourist (aged 12 years or over) is applicable from October 1, 2025. The tourist tax will be paid separately by bank transfer in euros before arrival.
