The space It is an 1-bedroom fully furnished sunny apartment with a wide balcony and wonderful direct views to the beach and to the swimming pool. Its brand new king size double bed of finest quality will secure a wonderful relaxing experience as well as its super comfortable sleeping sofa, with a total capacity of accommodating 4 people (we highly recommend it for couples though with the possibility of bringing up to 2 children). With a very fast private fiber net connection up to 300Mbps you can connect all your electronic devices to the Internet and even use it as a remote-office (great for remote home-office). Its fully equipped new kitchen from IKEA with 3 stoves, 2 ovens, 1 tost machine, 1 tost & barbeque machine, 2 mixers and all of the finest kitchenware will make you feel at home and cook whatever you may feel like. Its 2 dining tables will allow you and your friends to have wonderful lunches/dinners or simply enjoy your drinks. The balcony with the amazing direct open sea view towards the Troya and Monkey beach will allow you to enjoy your morning coffee break by watching and listening to the sea waves. The extra comfortable sofa (with sleeping function) will make sure you enjoy yourselves watching something on the 32'' LCD HD TV with 66 Channels and a USB Connection. You will also have a new private laundry machine installed in the bathroom, normal oven, microwaves- oven, refrigerator, toasters, water boiler, iron, hair-dryer, clean towels and bedsheets, blankets, covers, all kitchen cookware and shampoos. Everyday from 9 to 7 pm you can freely access the 2 pools (adults & children) and use the sunbeds free of charge. The complex is secured with a 24/7 doorman but its open reception until 2 p.m is only for the interest of the property owners. The 2 swimming pools are very peaceful and clean. The beach is just 1 street behind (Troya beach) In nearest proximity there are all kind of bars, restaurants, McDonald's, pubs, discos, pharmacies, clinics, kiosks, groceries, supermarkets and tourist attractions (Siam Park, Aqualand). The known Monkey beach and Papagayo Club is only 4 minutes walk and the wonderful sea-side paved walkway which connects Playa las Americas with Los Christianos (on the left) or Costa Adeje (on the right) starts directly under the complex. You cannot miss the extra vivid nightlife all year long on the street named "Las Veronicas" or just go for surfing directly outside of the apartment. You can have an English breakfast at most of bars/restaurants in the area for about 1.99-2.99 euros per person. There are many 24 hours open Supermarkets and restaurants around the corner and the bus station is within 1 minute walking distance. The apartment does not need any air conditioner because it is always windy enough at the balcony and the sun does not hit it directly for the most hours of the day. Keep in mind that Tenerife enjoys the best weather in the world with its famous 'eternal spring'. At night we recommend sleeping at 25 degrees Celsius with all windows closed for the best sleeping quality (due to the vivid nightlife on the street "las Veronicas" it can be a bit loud if you let all windows open during the night). - We have replaced the bed and the sofa by October 2019. - We have replaced all the glass-windows of the bedroom with double-glasses and we have added a blind, so that the sleeping room can become both dark and almost sound-proof during the sleeping hours We hope you will enjoy our apartment at least as much as we do and we are always open and eager to receiving your feedback.
