The space ABOUT US: • La Maison de Gioel is an independent accommodation for your exclusive use that can accommodate a Max number of 2 people. • The property is located on the ground floor and has a free kitchen and a double bedroom; you will find the amenities of the accommodation in the appropriate sections. 🗺️ La Zona: La Maison de Gioel is located in a quiet semi-central area of Olbia, about 1. 4 km from the historic center, 2 km from the Costa Smeralda airport and 2 km from the Isola Bianca port. Near our place, you will find: • Supermarkets. • Caffetterie • Banks. • Tabacchi. • Gas stations • Pharmacies. • Post offices. • Bus stops. 🪜 ACCESSIBILITY: • Outside next to the entrance gate there is a small step. • Outside in front of the main entrance door there is a small step. 🔐 CHECK IN: • Self check-in from 3:00 pm via key box installed next to the entrance gate of the property. • As required by Italian law, all guests to access the property must provide the details of their valid ID and must have a regular reservation. • On a daily basis, Italian law requires us to communicate to the police the personal data of all the people to whom we offer hospitality. • The property can accommodate Max. 2 people with a regular reservation. • If we experience the presence of EXTRA people, we will have to ask those who do not have a reservation to leave the accommodation. • We will contact you the night before your arrival to share with you the useful check-in information and therefore the useful info for collecting the keys. • At the time of booking, it will be MANDATORY to let us know your phone number; we will NOT be able to contact you WITHOUT BEING able to contact you. • We will contact you as soon as the house is ready to welcome you and we will communicate the secret code useful for collecting the keys. • If the house is ready before normal check-in time, we'll let you know immediately. 👜 LUGGAGE STORAGE: • We DO NOT have a luggage storage room. 🔑 CHECK OUT: • Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m., and no late check-outs will be permitted. 🛏️ DOUBLE BEDROOM: • Queen • Closet. • Window. • Air conditioning. • Paper trash can. • Abat-jour. • Classic TV with Italian channels. 🛋️ KITCHEN/LIVING ROOM: • Sofa • Table • Kitchen complete with kitchen utensils. • Small fan for fresh air. • Smart TV where only Italian channels are visible; we DO NOT provide Netflix or other streaming services, so guests who have their own streaming account will be able to use our Smart TV with their own personal subscription. 🚻 BATHROOM: • Bathroom with large shower. • Hairdryer. 🪴 🧺 🫧 🚬 SMALL OUTDOOR AREA: • Washing machine available for self-contained use. • Laundry rack available. • Smoking is only allowed in the small outdoor area. 🚙 PARKING: • WE DO NOT HAVE PRIVATE PARKING, but guests always find easy parking on the quiet free public road, right in front of the gate on Via Malta, 18, Olbia. 🛜 INTERNET: • Complimentary WiFi 🧺 TOWELS: • Each guest at check-in will find a set of free towels consisting of a large towel, a medium towel, and a small towel to use for 2 nights. • After 2 nights, each guest will find a new set of clean towels inside the cabinet that they will need to use for another 2 nights. • After this period, the free rental of towels will end and guests must wash the towels provided for free rental on their own simply using our free washing machine. • WE do not provide beach towels. 🧺 BEDDING: • Each guest at check-in will find the bed ready to use. • The sheets on the bed at check-in must be used for 7 nights. • After 7 nights, each guest will find inside the cabinet a new set of clean sheets per bed that will need to be used for another 7 nights. • After this period, the free rental of sheets will end and guests must wash the sheets provided for free rental on their own simply using our free washing machine. • Extra pillows and blankets are available inside the closet. FOR THE FIRST NIGHT: • One 500ml bottle of water for each guest. • A few coffee pods. • A few sachets of tea. • A few sachets of sugar. • A few shampoo/shower sachets. • A little laundry detergent (for 2 washes). • A little dish soap. • Disposable handkerchiefs. • A few toothpicks. • Garbage bags. • Toilet paper (enough for one night). When supplies for the first night are over, guests will be able to purchase them on their own in nearby supermarkets. ITEMS TO BE BORROWED AND RETURNED AT CHECK-OUT: • Small beach umbrella. • Rain umbrella. ☕️ BREAKFAST AND FOOD: • We do not provide breakfast or food. 🧹 🧼 🫧 CLEANING: • The house must be left in a decent and acceptable state. • Pull clothes and beach towels out of the sand before leaving the beach and NOT inside the house. 🚫 RULES AND PROHIBITIONS: • Max 2 people; children, minors and pets not allowed. • No additional guests. • No parties. • No smoking in the home; there are smoke detectors. • Smoking will only be allowed in the small outdoor area. • No noise and excessive volume between 9pm and 7am (especially if you stay in outdoor areas). • Do not turn off Wi-Fi. 🚨 SAFETY: • Gas and smoke alarms. • Fire extinguisher. • For public safety reasons, the outdoor area located in front of the entrance gate is subject to video surveillance system. • For public safety reasons, the outdoor area located at the back of the listing is subject to video surveillance. • The cameras are located in front of the entrance gate and at the back of the outdoor area of the property. • Cameras record audio-free images that are automatically deleted after 24 hours. Guest access You will feel "AT HOME". During your stay, you can enjoy a completely independent apartment where you can sleep, cook, and do laundry as if you were at home. Other things to note 1. We also have a strict “no parties” policy. 2. It is absolutely forbidden to host other people who are not part of the reservation. (NOT EVEN FOR A FEW MINUTES) 3. The house does not accept children of any age. (NOT EVEN BABIES) 4. The house does not accept animals. 5. Smoking is absolutely forbidden inside the house. (YOU CAN SMOKE IN THE GARDEN) 6. It is absolutely forbidden to take away items owned by the manager of La Maison de Gioel. 7. As per Italian law, all guests must be able to provide a valid government-issued ID at check-in 8.
