It's located just 20 minutes by foot to the beach, the famous Promenade des Anglais, the Vieux Nice (filled with restaurants and boutiques) and Place Masséna. The closest supermarket is just 3 minutes away. In short, you’ll love my place because of the ambiance and the neighbourhood! The A/C will delight you too! The space This apartment is comfortably furnished and equipped to welcome up to 4 people. As you pass through the entrance door of the apartment, you will arrive in an oasis of peace with a large 60 m2 living-room! You will enjoy living in a large home among the locals, close to wonderful bakeries selling "croissants" and "baguettes", the open air local market (every day except Mondays), various shops and restaurants offering local culinary specialties. And of course, the beach and the famous Promenade des Anglais is just a 20-minute walk. Public transport is also nearby (buses and tram to airport are 5 minutes walking) and allow you to easily access the sights outside of Nice (e.g. Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Saint Paul de Vence, Eze, etc.). No less than 5 car rental companies are available near the nearby train station. Bicycle rentals are also available there. Guest access Bed linen and towels are included in the total price quoted by Airbnb. A baby cot can be provided, but you must bring the linen for the baby. Of course, you will have access to high-speed internet (WI-FI and wired) and to a TV in each room. The apartment has a washing machine and a dryer. There is an elevator in the building (5th floor, ground + 5) From the airport, take the tram line 2 and hop off at "Jean Médecin". From there, the apartment is just 15 minute by foot or 2 stops with tram line 1. A taxi costs 35 to 45 euros. The apartment is in the city center, so you won't need a car ... ... but if you have one, there is public secured parking space just 7 minutes walking from the apartment for about 15 to 28 euros per day (depending on the number of days you stay). Other things to note We would like you to feel at home, relax, and enjoy the quietness, the nice furniture and the cleanliness, while following these few rules: - For the comfort of everybody, smoking is not allowed. - Pets are not allowed in the apartment. - You can check-in from 14:00 to 19:45. For check-ins after 19:45 you will be charged 30 euros, due upon arrival. Arrivals are not possible after 00:00. When exceptions are sometimes made, a surcharge of EUR 50 applies. - You must check-out before 10:00. - Parties (loud music, dancing, loud speaking and shouting) cannot happen in the apartment, as it is located in a quiet residential building. - People under 18 years old are accepted only if they are accompanied by their father or mother.
