Privately owned Studio Villa set in a holiday resort which is on the beach and encompasses 3 swimming pools,2 tennis courts, playground and outdoor undercover BBQ areas . The space Great for holiday or business traveller, Perfectly situated stop over for those travelling the Sydney to Brisbane route. King size bed + 2 sofas which double as single beds ( which have proper bed mattresses) Price is set for 2 people sharing King bed . Please do not ask to bring infants under 2. The door to the villa opens onto a road in the resort with a blind corner. Self contained accomodation. Fridge and microwave , dishwasher + cooking facilities- lots of pots and pans and utensils. Toasted sandwich maker, skillet and kenwood stick blade mixer ,electric juicer. Coffee pod machine with assortment of pods.Toaster and kettle. Laptop desk with ergonomic chair . Continental Breakfast is for first morning only. Free Wifi in Villa. DVD player ( and some DVDs - mainly kids. ). Bed linen and towels are not changed during your stay but will be fresh and clean for your arrival. There is a washing machine, dryer and airer in the Villa. There is also a broom , mop and dustpan for your use after a sandy day at the beach.Other cleaning products are provided for those that are house proud as we do not clean during your stay. An iron and ironing board are also in the cupboard for your use. If stays are for over 1 week then fresh towels\ bed linen can be requested by contacting me and a surcharge will be required. I provide milk, bread, and condiments + butter, cereals including porridge sachets and an assortment of teas, sugar , hot chocolate. Olive oil for cooking + salt and pepper as a starter pack.There is a basket provided to make your use of the onsite BBQs easy- it contains an apron, oil, tongs, torch and Bbq cleaning wipes + napkins and paper towels. I also provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash ,make up remover pads, cotton balls , plenty of toilet rolls , tissues etc. Most things that you need for a stop over are provided so you don’t need to leave the villa and can comfortably enjoy a good rest before continuing your journey north or south. I use “ ekoworx” products for cleaning - they are environmentally friendly, non toxic and I also stock “ who gives a crap” toilet rolls and tissues which are made from bamboo ( which is renewable) and not trees. I am in the process of changing all products used in the Villa to environmentally friendly ones. There is an umbrella provided for those tropical rainy days we sometimes experience Parking is beside the villa in an allocated space which is under cover.( for 1 car only) Please keep all correspondence with me via Airbnb Guest access All resort facilities. Bookings can be made at reception. 2 Racquets and tennis balls are provided in the villa for your use . Please return them to the villa after using. Occasionally there are tennis camps booked at the resort and the courts will not be available at these times. The indoor spa is for adult guests only. Bring your own beach towels.(DO NOT use the bath towels from the Villa) There are yoga mats in the wardrobe for your use. - take your meal down to the Pandanus decks beside the beach to enjoy whilst watching the sunset over the ocean with an alcoholic beverage if you choose . Do not be offended if I ask for proof of ID , ages of all guests staying and proof of vaccination status as we as hosts are liable to also follow NSW health guidelinesPlease be aware that at times the resort amenities listed may be closed for maintenance etc- this is out of my control! Other things to note This is privately owned and managed - any queries need to be directed to me and not Resort reception. You will need a car .the nearest shops are a short drive away. there is a local service station about 1km north which stocks basic groceries and fresh fruit and vegetables. There is a shopping centre just north called Moonee Beach market which has a supermarket with Liquorland, news agency, bakery, butcher, chemist, great coffee shop, take away food outlets and other businesses. There is also a large shopping complex a few kms south "Parkbeach Plaza" which has multiple stores and banks etc. There are some great restaurants, activities and places to visit in the Coffs Coast area and I have highlighted these in a compendium which you will find in the villa on arrival. The villa is situated just off the main driveway into the resort and hence there is the potential for some traffic noise when the resort and restaurant are busy. There are security cameras located on the outside of buildings throughout the resort. The high clerestory windows do let in a lot of light in the mornings - so if you are bothered by the sun shining in in the morning and waking you up, then this Villa is not suitable for you!
