Nice apartment 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and living-room in beautiful Andalusian courtyard, where many bullfighters, flamenco artists and famous Carmen the Gipsy were born. The space Cozy and modern apartment of 2 bedrooms, located at Triana, the most typical district of Seville, just 10 minutes walking from the centre of the city. This is a perfect accommodation for enjoying and experiencing the most authentic of Seville. All rooms have windows, making the apartment very sunny. The apartment also has a living room with a sofa bed and TV, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, extractor hood, refrigerator and freezer, dish washing machine and kitchenware, automatic washer. The master bedroom has double bed and closet. The second bedroom has 2 simple beds and closet. The rest room is fully equipped with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. Furniture is new, there is centralized air conditioning in all the rooms (warm/cool). Linen, towels, sheets are included, as well as kitchenware and small appliances. The building maintains the typical structure of the popular common courtyard’s house of Triana, and this will make your stay very special. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, perfect for having a rest after walking the beautiful streets of Seville. The apartment is located in the heart of Triana district: Castilla Street, first floor, with elevator. Calle Castilla is the right place to experience the typical Sevillan life. Castilla street unfolds parallel to Guadalquivir river, and it’s one of the most beautiful streets of Triana: the Church of Our Lady of the ‘O’, the Alley of Inquisition, the Church of The Expiration. Along the same street you will see the market place, one of the oldest markets of Seville but renewed in 1992 following the 1920's and 1930s architecture. There you can buy fruits, vegetables, meats, fish, etc. and experience the life of popular Seville. Under the market of Triana lay the rests of the Castle of Saint Jorge, former head quarter of the Tribunal of Inquisition, and originally a castle of Islamic epoch (1171). If you further walk Calle Castilla Street, you can find old common courtyard’s houses (corrales de vecinos) that you may like to visit, and also a traditional ceramic tiles and pottery small factory. During the walk you can enjoy the view of typical façades, the many tapas bars, coffee shops and old taverns, restaurants where to taste the rich gastronomy of the city and its famous tapas. The district of Triana is the most picturesque and typical of Seville. It was raised on the left bank of Guadalquivir river, and connected to the center by the beautiful Triana bridge. Its alleys and streets, houses and courtyards draw this special and unforgettable place. Triana is birthplace of toreros, cantaores and bailaores (flamenco singers and dancers), it charms and captivate the visitors. Some of the must-see places are: the church of Santa Ana, the square of Altozano, San Jacinto Street and Betis Street along the river. If you are found of pottery, just walk down Alfarería Street and visit its old ceramic manufacture and the recently opened Triana´s Pottery Museum. The location of the apartment is perfect to visit all the important monuments, restaurants, the night and day life of Seville, to experience world famous Semana Santa (processions of the holy week) and Feria de Sevilla (Fair of Seville).
