The villa is within a 20 minute walk or 4 minute drive of Kamala Beach / Town. The villa is designed over two levels and offers 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms to accommodate 8 people, a large kitchen with dining area, living room, a pool and garden, terrace area and private parking. The villa is also equipped with: washing machine, oven, hairdryer, ironing equipment, internet TV, air conditioning. The space Master Bedroom - King size double bed, with large en-suite bathroom, this bathroom can also be used as the main bathroom for the villa. 2nd Bedroom - King size double bed, with en-suite bathroom and shower. 3rd Bedroom - Two single beds that can be pushed together to make a double bed, with en-suite bathroom and shower. 4th Bedroom - Two single beds that can be pushed together to make a double bed. This is the smaller bedroom in the villa. Ideal for kids. There is also a small en-suite bathroom, with a small shower area. No wardrobe. Guest access Swimming Pool Other things to note UTILITIES - Guest must pay for electric and water during their stay. UTILITIES DEPOSIT : A cash deposit is required upon check-in as an advance against utility expenses. The deposit amounts are as follows: For stays up to 7 nights: 3,000 Baht. For stays over 7 nights up to 14 nights: 6,000 Baht. For stays over 14 nights up to 21 nights: 9,000 Baht. For stays over 21 nights: 12,000 Baht. This deposit will be used to cover the cost of your electric and water usage. If the total utility charges exceed the deposit amount, the additional cost will be collected at check-out. Any remaining deposit after utility charges will be refunded upon check-out. CHECK-IN - Normal check-in is from 2pm. Please note guest must arrive at the villa no later than 7pm at night. However if you anticipate arriving later, please contact us in advance to discuss the possibility of arranging a late check-in. Please be aware that a nominal fee will apply to cover the additional staffing required, ensuring that someone is always there to welcome you warmly to our villa. LATE CHECK-OUT - Check out is at 11am. If you require late check-out please contact us and we will try to accommodate you. Additional charges may apply. CLEANING - Cleaning / Bed-linen change is included 1x per week for stays of 5 nights or longer. SHORTENED STAYS: Please be aware that once booked, we do not offer refunds for date changes, early check-outs or shortened stays. This policy is in place to prevent any disruption to our availability and to ensure that all guests have the opportunity to plan their stay with us accordingly.
