The closest beach is a 7-10 minute walk and the coastal village of Fourka is around 15-20min walking distance. The studio is 35sq/m. It is on the ground floor and consists of a bedroom, kitchen-living room, bathroom, front and backyard. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a spacious fridge and all utensils necessary for cooking. There are 2 more beds in the living-room, one single and a comfortable foldout sofa. Studios are suitable for families due to the direct access to the garden. The space The house is situated in a five acre parcel of land with a huge olive garden. The yard offers a secure private parking with a remote controlled gate. The open spaces are ideal due to their shade and breeze. They often host daytime relaxation, and evening cocktails. House equipment is cosy and comfortable.
