Villa dating back to 1860 originally composed of 5 trulli but later finely renovated and re-proposed as a luxurious Villa with private pool, located in the heart of Salento. The space A lush Mediterranean scrub, full of olive trees and aromatic plants frames this beautiful structure that, located on the top of a hill, offers a breathtaking panoramic view. Trulli Altomare offers a wonderful location for bike rides and walks to discover pristine places in wild Puglia, in addition, it is in a strategic point to reach the enchanting Gallipoli and its white sand beaches, Torre San Giovanni and all the most beautiful beaches of southern Salento. The Villa is perfect for families with children, large groups of nature-loving friends, and hiking and hiking enthusiasts. Guest access The villa is composed by two adjacent houses. The first house has an open space living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, dishwasher, toaster bread, electric kettle, coffee machine), two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first double bedroom is the most unique and characteristic because it is made inside an original conical trullo with a light well, complete with TV and air conditioning. The second double bedroom is spacious and bright with an extra large double bed, complete with TV and air conditioning with a finely decorated bathroom in the room. The second House has a living/dining room with equipped brick kitchenette (fridge, oven, dishwasher, toaster bread, electric kettle, coffee machine), two bathrooms with shower, three double bedrooms and a sofa bed. The first double bedroom has large closets and hangers with TV and air conditioning. The second double bedroom, in addition to the bed, also has a sofa bed that can accommodate only one adult person or two children and is complete with TV and air conditioning. The third double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and air conditioning. Both houses are adjacent to each other and overlook the various covered porches in the surrounding area, equipped with wooden tables and chairs for lunches and dinners on beautiful summer days. The villa has a land of 8,000 square meters and is bordered by typical Salento dry stone walls, it offers large outdoor spaces dedicated to relaxation such as the new gazebo by the pool recently built with a stereo and TV system, furnished by table, chairs and a living room where you can sip a good wine from our small Winery present in the Villa or relax along the 12x6 infinity pool with solarium area equipped with deckchairs, umbrellas and outdoor showers from which to admire the spectacle of the untouched landscape and enjoy the peace of an oasis out of time. Other things to note The price of the villa includes the consumption of electricity, water, gas, linen, beach towels and Welcome Kit in the kitchen and bathrooms ( soap, toilet paper, water and scottex).
