The space The cottage is filled with natural light and views over the farmland from every room. The two bedrooms have built in wardrobes. There is a full size bathroom. The living areas have been freshly painted. Guest access You will have the cottage as your own space. You are welcome to walk or drive on the designated tracks all over the property. Other things to note We have mobile phone reception at different locations throughout the property, though not at the actual cottage. The managers residence that is within 50 metres of the cottage has good Telstra mobile phone reception. Free NBN Wi-Fi is available at the cottage, however service may be impacted by storms. Early check ins and late check outs likely to be available (especially on weekends) just check at time of booking. Breakfast is cereal, toast with a selection of spreads and juice to get you going for your day of adventure. Tea and coffee machine freely available throughout your stay. Due to demand prices may be higher over the Country Music Festival. We can confirm at time of booking. Depending on the season you may be able to participate in on farm activities.
