Dear Guests and Residents of the City, I offer a cozy, comfortable apartment near Moskovsky Avenue. Within walking distance are Arena 2000, Atlant, grocery stores, Neftyannikov Park with a picturesque pond, McDonald's, KFC, technical and Russian Railways Universities. Nearby there is a public transport stop to any part of the city. The city center or Aquapark is 10-15 minutes away by transport. After 1-2 stops there are Bus Station and Moscow Railway Station. The space ATTENTION: We do not rent an apartment for noisy and festive events,people under 18 years old. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. Itis not allowed in the apartment. When checking in, have a passport and a deposit in the amount of 2000 rubles ( upon departure, the deposit is returned). Shuttle service is available at an extra charge. An additional set of linen is 300 rubles. Call between 9am and 11pm. We will be glad to see you! Other things to note There is a picturesque pond with ducks in the Petroleum Park, in summer you can ride a catamaran, and in winter you can skate and ski. Carousels and more activities for kids. In summer there is a cable car (two routes). For sports enthusiasts, simulators and two football fields.
