The space Modern, spacious ground floor apartment with all day sun. Walking distance to one of the safest swimming beaches in New Zealand where you can hire a paddle board or windsurfer, play mini golf, have a coffee or just sit in the sun. Beautiful Able Tasman National Park only 50min drive away. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a comfortable King bed, and bedroom 2 a modern Queen bed. The lounge has a double sofa bed. All bedding and towels are included. There is a large open plan lounge (TV ) and kitchen facilities consist of a Small Bench Top Cook oven, two plug in induction elements; an Air roaster, electric fry pan, microwave, toaster, jug plus all utensils. The fridge /freezer is full size. A washing machine is in the hall cupboard and drying facilities easily available. Just outside ranch-slider entrance is a well lit outdoor area, under cover containing a l barbecue. Outside the french doors there is a private area with a table and chairs and an all important large sun umbrella. Large flat lawn is also available for use. Child friendly space. An outside power plug is available for charging E-bikes and E Cars Guest access The apartment has its own entrance through a ranch-slider. A large flat area adjacent to the entrance provides a carpark and a turning space which is monitored by a security camera. Other things to note I enjoy dogs and am happy to have one (not 2) outside; however note that the section is not fully fenced or dog proof. I have a back section which is fenced on three sides. The dog needs to be people friendly and quiet. I do ask that you remove the dog poo from my lawn when required. Thank you.
